 Hey there! I'm still here, plugging away on pokemon.  Up to page 20!  Very Exciting, I'm sure. Well, I decided to take a short break from that riveting style of post and do a Q&A! I got a few nibbles, so I'll get started: Stephanie asked: (is there a) Halloween craft you want to try? I do have a few skeins of knit picks felici in what I would consider a Halloween colorway. I'm planning socks! and that's probably the only Halloween crafting I'll do. I don't usually do an enormous amount of crafting relative to the seasons or holidays , but I do enjoy Halloween prints and colors!  Morning Friends! I'm absolutely Flying on my cross stitch, but I thought I'd stop for a minute and share progress since last time! Page 16 progresses: Here we see I've gotten carried away with this brown color. I'm glad I didn't lose count, cause it would have been disastrous. (or tedious!) Psyduck and that cat thing make an appearance underneath Abra, Kadabra and half of Alakasam. And I finished off page 16 with red spots. Page 17 started out downright ROUGH.  I lost track in the yellow of that fire pony guy, and had to stitch and rip a few times.  It was hell. I was distracted, or tired, or something. I did end up finding my way after a whole day of negative progress.  I got a bit carried away with the black here, but I was done with the black on this whole page after this. I secretly love watching the characters come through when I start with the black.  It's a little bit of magic.  It reminds me of games where you watch something come into focus and you hav

 Well hello there! Life is moving along, and I'm going through pokemon pages like crazy these days. Last I left, I was working on that stone snake... thing.  And then I worked on the yellow guy.  I'm imaginging he's saying "what are you talking about?" ala Bobby Hill. The seal here looks like a ghost, or did, until I added some key details: How cute is he?  And the purple mucky guy is cute too!  These monsters are adorable! And here's the end of page 13! Page 14 started off well enough: Slowbro joined the clam dude and the rest of that mucky dood's face.  There's also a little mini camera looking eyeball at the bottom.  Let me know if my lack of poke-lore is getting exhausting or if it's as funny as I think it is. Page 15 started at a great clip.  (GET IT? CLIP!  CAUSE OF THE CRABS!) And there's the edge of the cross stitch, the edge of the frame, and the end of the first half of stitching! I wasn't actually a big fan of this last page.  T
